The MANOIR KASSELSLAY welcomes you in a warm and relaxed atmosphere. This elegant country house, whose name means a rock looking over the shores of the river Our, will enchant you with its traditional values, its hospitality, its warm welcome and its comfort.
The Manoir Kasselslay is situated in a 11pt village in the heart of the natural parc of the Our, in the Luxembourg Ardennes, only a few kilometres from the Clervaux golf course.
You can discover the beautiful natural surroundings walking along marked trails. And why not simply relax in our living room or enjoy the special atmosphere of wellness and relaxation on our outdoor terrace.
Our six spacious hotel rooms have views onto our garden or the countryside of the Our. Each room has its own personal style and is named after an aromatic herb. All our rooms are non-smoking and have telephone with direct line, satellite television, internet access, hair-dryer. Pets are not accepted.
Our restaurant serves creative and seasonal food, drawing on the richness of the Our “terroir”.
For us, good cuisine starts with fresh, authentic ingredients. We ensure that we know the origin of all our products in order to serve you food of impeccable quality, as such our fruits and vegetables are from organic agriculture. We then prepare these ingredients in a cuisine which reflects the requirements of our time, our culture and our love of food.
Weekdays at lunch time we also serve a three course menu 'Midi au Manoir' of 36 € per person. We also offer a changing seasonal menu, to suit the tastes of adults or our younger guests.
