Welcome to Weingut Pension "Zür Mühle", home of the Winzer family Kruft-Kiefer, set in the dramatic surroundings of the Mosel wine-growing region.

The Kruft family has been making wine here in Veldenz for many generations, and our family hotel is an excellent place from which to explore the famed wine-growing region around the Mosel river.

Our Café is open daily, and is an ideal place to enjoy coffee and cakes whilst taking in the scenery during a long afternoon.

Rooms
All our rooms feature en-suite shower and WC, TV-connection and access to private balcony areas.

Price per Person per day:
• € 30.-- / 33.-- Bed and Breakfast
• € 36.-- / 40.-- Half Board
• € 5.-- Single room surcharge per day.

We offer special discount rates for big or 11pt groups, and clubs, and also offer special programmes. Please ask about our special group rates.

Wine Cellar
Our family has made wine in the Duchy of Veldenz for many generations. The climate and soil of the Mittelmosel region is particularly suited to the production of a high-quality Riesling.

A wine-tasting evening, where you may sample the many different vintages in our wine-cellar, is one of the highlights of a stay at "Zur Muehle". You can sample both our Riesling and Kerner white, as well as our Dornfelder red wine. All our wines range from medium-dry to sweet.
