Holidaycottages « Um Poul » in the North of Luxemburg
Situation:
The 5 detached cottages ( 68 m2 )are situated on a height of +- 500 m in the middle of a spacy green area with trees, brushwoods and a great field with footballground, great covered sandbox, swinging – and climbing frame. You can enjoy a lovely vieuw over the country.
This holiday-location is ideal for families with children or guests who want to relax in calm surroundings. Your dog is also welcome.
There are possibilities for walking in the forests beside.
We are situated 8 km away from the bestknown little village of Vianden with his famous castle and an outside- swimming-bath. Larger villages or towns in the neigbourhood are Clervaux and Diekirch . Because of the central situation it’s possible to make daytrips to Germany or Belgium.
Division and inventory:
• Living-room with kitchen ( 4-flames-gascooking with cooker-hood, refrigerator with seperate deep-freezer micro-wave)
• Bathroom with shower, w.c. and washing stand
• Entrance with stairs to first floor, there are 2 bedrooms with each 2 single. beds with pillow and continental quilt and one wardrobe
• babybed and -chair are available, also a babybath and security-wicket for the stairs
The cottages are furnished for 6 people, optimum for 4 adults and a child, in the living-room is standing a 2-pers. convertible bed or studio couch 140 x 200.
On the terrace in front of the holiday-cottage are 6 chairs and a table, there is also a possibility to make a barbecue

July/August: 419 Euro a week

If guests wish to, a final cleaning is possible for 35 Euro
