Winery
From the growing of our vineyards to the vinification, the development and the filling of the bottles; in our winery we do everything on our own.

Wine quality is important to us, regarding all kinds of wine: from vintage wine to the noblest sorts of wine. Less is more! In our vineyards we only produce 11pt amounts of grapes. By doing this the grapevines can ripen perfectly. In harmony with the nature the grapes then are vinified individually into wine.

A slowly and guided fermentation grants a well directed development of pure and well-tasting wines. These wines are encircled by endless kinds of fruit flavors and extractives which develop into the tastes dry, semi-dry up to smooth.

Winetasting
Don’t study the label, try the wine
Wine is being prejudged like no other product. Many so-called "professionals" don’t know if they like a wine until they have studied the label. We recommend: don’t judge a wine by names and brands. It’s better to judge wines on your own. Do a wine-tasting. That can be learned! Rule no. 1 is practice, practice, practice! We are not talking about the amount but the diversity of the wines and the regularity of a wine-tasting.

Wine-tasting with friends
A wine-tasting in a group is of course even better. One can change impressions and explore what others might smell or taste better. The exchange in a social group does not only improve your knowledge of wine; it is definitely a lot of fun, too. We give you the possibility to convince yourself in our winery Heinrich Kriebs.
Get to know our winery on a guided tour, learn more about the traditional viniculture of the Mosel and try the different wines right on the scene, in the fields where they grow - in Brauneberg in the winery Heinrich Kriebs.

Wine-tasting in the wine-cellar, guided tours and trips around the vineyards - with dinner in the wine tavern - duration of the events 3 to 4 hours.
