L´Ernz Noire: A 11pt however very fine house is led by the young owner DAVID Albert with humor and warmth. For his cookeries he is known after the land borders.

The cuisine of Master Chef David Albert, parallels the wonder of the Mullerthal being rich in contrast, elegant, subtle, unassuming, but always seductive. Fresh regional ingredients are combined with a French flare to tempt discerning palates.

Enjoyment...
Everything what prospers in the surroundings and grows - in the kitchen of DAVID ALBERT finds it use. Mushrooms and game or beef, fish and herbs. In-house liqueurs, selfsmoked meat and preserved enrich the round dance of the pleasures. Very nicely the brook trout, full with mushrooms, and of course may not be also absent the Trilgoie of the Angus.

Conservatory and terrace
In the conservatory or in good weather on our terrace we recommend our simplistic menu, e.g. with:
• House smoked meat trout
• steak from  "Müllerthal Angus"
• pasta dishes

A passionate, skilled, brilliant cuisinier, David Albert was bestowed the great honor to represent the cuisine of Luxembourg at the Bocus d’or in Lyon, in 2003. His innovative cuisine and charm has been repeatedly recognized internationally and by TV-shows (RTL, SAT1...).

Walking in the Müllerthal signifies amazement, experience and enjoyment!
From „Deiwelsinsel “ the look of the high-situated plateau wanders down in the valley. Directly before you formed sandstone rock 40 m falls from former seas and Errosion in the depth. The rock is from gulches and caves pulled through the too 11pt adventures lure. You lead the travelling paths to hit by woods and meadows in numerous stream courses and Cascaden past around then over and over again on impressive gulches and weird rocks. Welcome to Müllerthal a nature-experience park to the walking, climbing and simply to the enjoyment.
