Characteristics/suitability:
A new cycle route from Adenua to St. Vith connects the Eifel and Ardennes regions. Whilst the eastern part of the route from Adenau via Gerolstein to Prüm is characterised by deep cuttings and steep rises, in the western half from Prüm to St. Vith cyclists can enjoy a greatly changed landscape: here high plateaux rather than towering heights and plunging depths determine the topography of the region and the Kyll, Nims, Prüm, Alf, Ihren springs are still narrow and only slightly cut into the ground.
